It's been two weeks since Horizonhobby.com has taken my money via paypal and still no word.Nothing.No invoice. No email. No confirmation. And sure as he!! no heli.
Is this their normal practice? Are you just completely in the dark until someday,in the future a package just mysteriously appears at your door?
So far,I would have to say these guys suck.

Here is their answer to my email... Mr. Mcdowell, Thank you for your email. Unfortunately I cannot find an order for you.If you have been charged through paypal already you will need to contact paypal customer service to see if the charges are going to be refunded to your account. I am sorry I cannot be of more help but until we receive an order for you we cannot change anything. Thank you for your patience. Sincerely, Horizon Hobby Sales Funny.I don't remember ordering anything from paypal I guess they aren't interested in their own f*ck ups.I need to go to a third party to remedy it. They can keep their freakin heli and their business. They don't need mine.

Oh by the way,I did call them.Josh answered. They had all my info handy.Just no order. He told me to get the paypal transaction ID and call back.I did. Some girl answered. She said that she couldn't help and nothing to do with it.I told her the story so far.She put me back on with Josh.Apparently,he had over stepped his bounds. He now says he will talk it over with his supervisor and see if there is something that can be done. Hmmm

Everything is in order except the part of Horizon Hobbies. After four phone calls I'm ready to pull someones arms off and beat them with them. All they say is call paypal.Paypal says they can't do anything without HH authorization.HH says they have no record of an order.AAAAAAAAAaaaararrgghhhh.
Dammit!!!!
They've lost any future business I may have given them or referred to them.

Wow, that really bites. Paypal.com which is owned by Ebay.com should be able to help you. Open up a dispute on Paypal.com -state that you have not recieved the item. Paypal has the ability to take money from Horizon Hobby if you can prove to Paypal that you made a transaction that was not recieved. Login to paypal and goto the RESOLUTION CENTER and open up a dispute.

I try to avoid using Paypal due to these kind of reasons. Only used it a couple times but had problems with it so stopped using it alltogether. Better to use my CC online and have fraud protection on it so all good.

The Helicommand was around $575. I can get you one a little cheaper than anywhere you find it.Just send me a quoted price and David will match or beat it.I'm becoming his best customer.lol.
Anyway, back on topic. I'm beginning to see the light after countless calls to HH and PP. It is fast becoming evident that PAYPAL has once again dropped the ball. Horizon Hobbies has called me a half dozen times this evening to fill me in on the investigation. It appears that paypal denied the transaction for some reason.Or so I'm told by HH.I think I believe them.Paypal has screwed me enough times that it would be no surprise that they did it again.
I may be in some type of control group with paypal.I think they try to screw me again and again to see how far I can be pushed. I actually believe that.Out of 50 transactions,I have had to file a dispute on 15.This cannot be normal.
Horizons CS has regained my confidense. For now ;D
