sweet, i saw that they finally got some in stock. other than the AC6 being AC capable, is that the only difference between the two? i'll prob just get the AC6 cause it can use AC or DC. anyone know where to get the optional temp sender hookup doodad for it? prob never use it but once or twice, but why have a port that you can't use if you want to.

As far as I can tell, the only difference between the two is the 110v capability and included cord. As far as the temp sensor...no idea.

If you like the T6 better, they have the adaptor for it for something like $13. They advertise an internal fan on the T6 but I didnt notice it on the AC6. My thinking on that though is the fan is just something else to break.

right on the money ranben, my adapter was 13$ . the ac6 relies on the "cooling fins" on the rear portion of the charger. but i acually prefer the cooling fan myself (just from my PC experience), just keep the dust blown out of it via canned air. that fan is probably going to outlast that charger.
please don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to say that one is better that the other. i was wanting the ac6 to begin with, but they were out of stock so i bought the T6.

now on the other site, they have been talking about the built in power supply isn't that strong, if you have a big enough battery to use all 5 or 6 amps that it can put out. then you would have to hook it up to a supply that can put out say like 10 amps. wouldn't that kind of defeat the purpose of the built in, if you have to hook it up to an external power source just to use it at the max it is capable of? not sure which one to get then cause of this. getting a power supply is no prob cause i have those already. anyone know if these come with a cool guy aluminum case like the i think the mystery B6 does?

Where did u get yours......from the web site mentioned at the start of the thread? I don't care for the xheli sites. I would rather pay extra than deal with the issues! Thanks again!

LOL, i did get it from xheli when i bought my blue ray. i needed something to charge my lipo's with. i didn't have any issue though

i have searched the net 10 + times to find the thunder charger - no luck except for xheli and there other companys - THEY do sell the GE POWER AC6 on ebay which is the same charger ;D = VIC

Probably so Vic, but it will probably cost a little more.

I think the T6 and AC6 are manfactured for xheli with there brand on it, just like the EXI.

I'm not real happy buying from them either, but a deal is a deal when it comes to my money.

they have a lock on the thunder brand - the ge power is higher - ad the shipping cost 80 bucks + ;D = VIC
