Well here in Jersey we are right behind CA in gun laws. You almost have to be a quire boy to get a permit to purchase. Then they ask "why would a quire boy want a gun" Then you get denied. ;D ;D I feel your pain1  . I started getting into guns during the Florio administration because I was afraid with all the anti gun legislation he was pushing only criminals would have guns and I felt that was a unacceptable situation, so I went thru all the bullcrap paperwork and got my firearm license and pistol permit. After all that, I buy a little gun and they tell me on one permit I could have bought 5! Go figure  . Dlan |

What sucks is the constitution says we have the right to bear arms, this is not so much because of criminals, but because they knew if our people could not defend themselfs, other countries might try to take over. They knew from history a country where the people are not allowed to bear arms, were taken over by massive armys that had weapons. Thus they implemented this, and if you look its pretty easy to see, thanks to this one fact NO COUNTRY has ever tried to invade our lands. Why? Cause when you look at a country of 300 Million and guess that 20% of them have guns which are not in the military, you would be facing a armed force of around 1 Million + another 60 Million or so who are armed at home lol...
Sorry but i hope this time around people see how crazy it is to try and destroy constitutional rights, and they vote the idiots who want to remove them out of office. Otherwise after taking our guns away other things will be removed, and the main reason why these stupid people in WA want to remove guns, is they know once they are gone, those who would stand up and use them against them to take their country back, wont be able to because they wont have them any longer.
Funny how so many people cry GUN CONTROL do not even know what is written into our constition, the federalist papers, or the amendments that say when a goverment goes out of control and tries to control the people, it is time for the people to remove the goverment and start over with new people.
