You know what sucks, is when you are off of work and the weather is bad, so you cant fly your heli. Whats even worse is when you are working the weather is perfect for flying. And whats even worse is that your heli is broken. AAHHHHHHHHHH Broken heli+good weather+working= THIS SUCKS!!!! Sorry just had to vent.

Can't top that.
But, I find the best times to fly is early morning or early evening when the wind conditions in general are a lot lower than during the day.

Also try and fly when the bugs arent out, a few days ago I was flying my hbfp and they kept flying around me and annoying me. And you cant swat at them otherwise youll crash.

Hey Basher, I was in the back yard with the HBFP the other day and saw two tall milk weeds. Both about 2 ft tall. I decided to play a little lawn mower with the bee. Eased up on the first one and wittled it down about a foot. Flew over to the second one, hit it too low and broke my rotor head. It did cut the weed down, though ;D ;D

Hey Mighty, you should be here. The sun is shining, temp in the mid-80s, and the wind is blowing 30-35 mph . Good part is I don't have to have a charged battery for the HBFP. I just toss it up in the air, watch it blow away and gather up the pieces when it lands. Not much differant from the early days ;D ;D ;D

Thats cool bt. I broke my rotor head too a few days ago, I was doing a tail spin, after completeing it my bee got squirrely and I crashed but its an easy fix.

Well the weekend is here and im working. Its gonna be 70-80 this weekend, no wind. I know when im off tue, its gonna be cold and rainy. Even if i was off this weekend I couldnt fly. All my helis are broken, cept for my MCX. I could always just hold my broken heli and run around the yard pretending it was flying. ;D

what sucks even more, is when your have a broken heli, and no parts yet. then you remember your new heli is in route, so you check where its at only to find out you could have it today, except UPS does not deliver on saturdays anymore. but then what makes it nice is you look at outside to 25mph winds gusting to 30+ then having to wait till monday doesnt seem so bad lol

Just thought I would chime in and make you all angry at me. Its 70 here and getting warmer, should be 81-82 later and the wind is light, maybe 5mph max. Been out already for a fly and just about to go out again for another one. Sorry but I couldn't resist it ;D
