I wonder if your ESC is faulty, BT. It appears to be shutting down too early. 11.47v divided by 3 is 3.82v per cell, give or take, and that's providing all cells are balanced. Use your DVM and check the voltage of each cell after flight. That would tell you if you have a weak cell. If no weak cell, then maybe ESC. BTW, I use this as a quick check on LiPo cells. It'll rotate through each cell and give you a reading, plus an overall voltage. Handles 2S to 6S. Not expensive (about $5), but is great for fast checking. It's fairly close (whatdya expect for cheap?) to my DVM

These are pretty good for voltage checking. I have also seen some wich check voltage and Amps under a load of course.
