hale storm at midnight - noon 100 mph storm went through here - tore the HELL out of every thing around here - do not know when i will get my power back on - the power is out everywhere around this area - running computer on a little generator = VIC

If you have a generator you can plug in a fridge and your battery charger for the heli. Beer and flying, what else do you need in the meantime? ;D Well perhaps some food, but thats what the grill is good for!!

no power - will be next week before i get it back - wind was 106 mph - we had the ONLY GROUND HURRICANE EVER - it happened so fast the national weather service had no time to warn anyone = VIC We get hurricane force winds in the form of wind sheer when the nasty thunderstorms roll through. That's what knocked down the Dallas Cowboys' training facilaty. Usually it is only in a small area, unlike a tornado. I don't think I have heard of over 75 mph though. I know from experience, that is enough to cause some heavy damage. Hope you faired okay and not too much damage. Keep the helis covered up ;D

Dang low.I feel for ya fer real.I was without power for a couple weeks this winter and it sucked.
Keep yer head down.Hope the powers up and running soon.

where i live 50 mile an hour winds whip throw at times, and tear the crap outa stuff, luckily houses only get roofing tore off unless a tree is blown over onto a house. worst one was 2 years ago, not sure how many of you know what a circle is, but its for irigation, imagine a 14 foot tall sprinkler system on wheels that goes around in a circle, hence the name. well we had probably half of them in our area all tipped over by wind. talk about a mess.
