You'd love canada too ferg. The Rockies are as breathtaking as our great northwest. If you get a chance visit Alaska. You can practically walk accross the rivers on the back of the salmon when they're running.

i've allways wanted to visit canada, and see the rockies, but definately alaska is on the list, i've allways wanted to fish for the BIIIIG halibut up there. i went off the washington coast for halibut, probably the funnest fishing i've ever done, i love fishing the deep blue sea ;D

I know a guy and he has a son that lives up there and they halibut fish every season. When you're ready for a trip I'll see what info I can get from them for you.

Sweet ern, but there's no fish in Ohio big enough for that lure. In fact there are no fish in Ohio AS big as that lure. lol ;D

The fish 'round here grow to quite some size. Ten inches here is between their eyes.

I live in Michigan. Ive never gone fly fishing. All I really fish for are bluegills. There good eating.

I live in Michigan. Ive never gone fly fishing. All I really fish for are bluegills. There good eating. your right about that r/c, they are damn good eating. and pound for pound, probably one of the hardest fighting sunfish, w/the smallmouth bass right up in there. but on the other hand wild trout are pretty areobatic i've had them catch 6' of air. it's real hard to determine the hardest fighting fish, well... as far as freash water goes
