Well MC if you do get the EXI, I want a full report on the build. I have narrowed down my choices of 450's to be EXI and flasher. Not sure which to get.

Hey, that's almost the exact sound my Alpha made!
But I think in the middle mine had a zzzzzzzzzzzpppphhhhttttt sound. Then poof, it was quiet again!
Mckrackin, the only pinions I have for the Alphas are 13t.
The 11t would be good for the non-cnc head on these. That's what I ran on my SE before I got the cnc tail. It had around 2300 rpm headspeed, but this was with a silver motor. I don't remember the brand of it.
A 13t will wake up your Exi!

I bought a Dynam GY48V Heading Lock Gyro with an Align DS420 servo for my tail.
I think I'll give the "Flyin Purple Heli Eater" a try too.
It was powerful enough to wrap the flybar two full turns around the rotor head.Should fly I guess ;D

Uh, if you have a shipping number that I could use, then the shipping would cost you way more than this motor.
