What is with the attitude on RCdiscuss? Im tired of it!!!!!!!! Its not on the open forum, its in the customer support. Not really from the staff members, but other ppl. I posted I needed some help from someone, and I got a response saying I would get it if I wasnt an a$$ hole. WTF? Im a total noob and need some help with my purchase. It is defective. So you can imaging im a little annoyed. I dont get any responses from the staff members, so that makes me even more irritated. I try to be respectful, but I dont even get "sorry for the late response", or what can we do to help you. When I call, I get the feeling im bothering them. So at this point im totally angry. I ordered my HBFP on 1/23/09 and its now 2/10 and its still in the box broken. The attitude on the forum doesnt bother me, but when it happens in the support section its annoying. Especially cause im a noob at this hobby, and all i want is a little help. Sorry for the rant, Im just soooo discussed with them after reading my post.

The thing your going to have to remember is that what you write doesn't always translate into how you feel. Others will take what you write in a totally different way then how you meant it. Part of that is them bringing their own personal baggage into your post. There are people that are unhappy with their lives and how they turned out, and no matter what you say they are going to have something negative to say. That's out of your control and you should feel sorry for them.
As for your helicopter, sorry man, I've never had an issue from Xheli, but your post is in line with posts of many others. Hopefully we can help you here. I'm fairly new at this too, and I've found that there is a ton of information online. Maybe I can help point you in the right direction if I don't have answers for your questions. As for your helicopter, If I were you, I'd cut my losses, and sink a little money into fixing that Honey Bee up.

Yea, I think it is really uncool for forum members to interject comments like that on a support thread. If it were mine and it could be done, I think I would make it where only the original poster and the staff could add to a thread. Of course that might mean never getting an answer, but at least it would keep people who didn't belong from muddying the situation. Just my 2 rubles worth.

Well I spoke to someone yesterday and he told me I should have what I requested by Thursday. If I dont get anything by then, on Friday im going to order my parts from somewhere else and be done with xheli.

The guy (jeffery) that posted his reply in the Support Forum wasn't calling you an a$$hole. He was just trying to be funny by using a statement others have used. "His opinion is like an a$$hole, because everyone has one".
Now, you can rest easy that no one was dissing you.
What's wrong with your 4 in 1? Did Andy send you out a RMA? Anything else wrong with the HB? Maybe we can come up with some solutions.

Sol that makes me feel better. ;D My 4=1 IS BAD. it wont work. The motors and servos work fine. I tested them. So im waiting for a new one, that should be here Thurs. But if it isnt Im just ordering a new one myself from miracle mart. Thats the only thing wrong.
