Well guys recieved my new copterx rotor head and new tail rotor combo in my opinion they are not the best quality that copterx has but they will work for spare parts . well i was checking out the tail rotor this morning and gave it a spin then i heard this clink on the floor looked down and there is a screw on the floor i look at the tail rotor and see the blde grip is missing this screw i put it back in and was still checking it out and it was binding upwell i discovered that the blade grip was missing a bushing so i looked all over the tile floor for the bushing (yep its a tile floor easy to see things on it) for an hour and a half i looked for this bushing to no avail was thinking then that maybe it didnt get put in at the factory then the misses gets up so i relate what happened and my disapointment so she asked me what it looked like so i took the other one out and showed her what it looked like so i poured her a cup of jo and she did something and she said there it is i said where she said ubder the dog chew bone you know she was right it was there ;D but dangit i had to cook the steak on the barby again these heli's are going to make a steak cooker out of me yet just thought i would share

For sure, don't trust the assembly of anything. You really should remove every screw on that head and tail and loctite them and make sure it's assembled correctly. I'm running the CopterX head and tail now, and it's been great so far. Kent

Yeah my steaks are starting to be really tasty just plum good tasting exsperiance
Yes Kent definately needs loctite when it fell apart on me was the first inspection of tail rotor I also have been using a copterx rotor head system since January i think that it is the cat's meow 100% better than the esky rotor head system the tail is now completely loctited now but I am thinking about getting an align berral to put on the tail parts as it is a better quality than copterx berrels will let every body know if i do this.

You can never go wrong with anything made by Align, I think. They just are more expensive. Some stuff can be had that surpass their quality for a fraction of the price. But other things should ONLY be Align, as everything else is garbage, or at least hit or miss.
Just my 2c. Kent

If you are doing the 500 route, then Exi blows the sox off of Align for fastener quality! Hands down. Align seems to want to do the 'half' route with driver size. In other words, they use 1.5mm or smaller heads on majorly important parts with the 500. These are carp. The Exi 500 version uses 2mm driver size in the same areas, or more. The Exi screws seem to be much harder as well.
Exi + 1, but only on the 500. The Exi 450 bolts are stinking philips!!! Those don't even count. But some Exi's do use hex screws.
Ugh. Kent
