Congrates on the completion. Looks like a solid bird. That tail was as stable as could be. Have fun breaking it in ;D

Thanks I am pretty happy with it so far. She does NOT like any kind of wind though, almost lost her earlier when a gust pushed her down then suddenly up at a high rate of speed I had my headspeed pretty high too. Surprised me quite a bit because the wind wasn't THAT strong, I have flown my HBFP in more wind without a problem. Now just waiting for the DX6i to arrive to finish the job and probably will repaint the canopy. That green wasn't the color that was on the cap ..... Might go for a bright orange or possibly light blue. Colin

Not so much side to side and unlike the HBFP, it will respond to input instead of fighting like a duck on a fishing line ;D

Don't get me wrong, I like the green. But as the light outside dims a little, it makes it a little hard to see. Might just buy another canopy and paint it orange.

Yellow-green is one of the highest on the visability scale in varying light conditions. That's why they use it on emergency vehicles. Yellow and International Orange are also good.
Painting each side of the heli canopy with a different color, or having a large spot of a different color on one side, will also help with orientation.
Happy landings
