I have made 24 orders with these folks. Never a problem with anything other than they are slow. Sometimes it takes over a week for them to pack a shipment, other times a couple of days.
If you use anything other than the EMS shipping, it can take a month to receive.
I only use EMS these days and it usually is here in around 2 weeks. Kent

I just got an email from them. They said no more shipping delays...what ever that really means. ;D

Probably means they get the order to the warehouse faster. Shipping will probably be the same.
I also can't really complain too much, they have never screwed up one of my orders. **knocking on wood HARD*** ;D

I'm sure that's what it means sinc enobody has any control of what happens after it leaves the warehouse.
I've only ordered from them a half dozen times, but all my orders have been complete.

Most people accept the slow shipping anyway. It's part of the hobby I guess...WAITING ;D Gives us something to look forward to

What's funny is more than once when I used their 'slow boat' shipping, they put things on the outside packing slip that had a different first name and my last name with things like, "Happy Birthday Kent!"...
How odd! But everything made it here! Kent

I have ordered from Hobby King 6 times and it has never taken more than 8 days but I always use the EMS shipping. I don't place an order until I have enough to justify the shipping cost and then it is mostly only batteries. I have heard other stories of peoples orders taking weeks and weeks when they use the standard shipping. I am about to place another order for some of those LED strips and a few other odds and ends though, I'll let you know how it goes.

Yep, it pays to order a lot to defray the shipping charges. My orders are usually batteries and motors, for the most part, fairly heavy stuff, and then I fill out any remaining weight allowance with servos or some light weight sale items. Everything shows up in 14 days like clockwork with standard shipping.
