What is the file extension?
If it's .mov or .mp4, the Quicktime viewer will work. If it's .mpg or .avi, those should play with the Windows Media Player.
If not, then do a search for K-Lite codec pack. This comes with a small player and codecs for virtually every video format. This is what I run on everything. I don't know if it will run on Vista though. It's worth a try. Kent

Dube, I'm assuming you are connecting the Cam directly to the computer via the USB port and it is asking for a driver or setup disk?
Are you using the SD card? If so, and if you have a SD slot on your computer, you can take the card out of the cam and put it directly into your computer (if it is a micro, you have to use the SD adapter, of course). You should be able to pull up the drive (Mine is "E:", not sure what yours would be) and pick the file out directly. Sometimes this is much easier.
