Hahahaha..I got you beat BIG TIME!!!!! I was slaveing power off my rock crawler to my EXI 500 to set up the cyclic servos. I knocked the truck radio off the desk into a laundry basket. The throttle went wide open on the truck. It ran over my SR and MSR while dragging the 500. Bent flybar on the SR. Broken blade grip on the MSR. Pulled the end off the servo wire on the 500. Broken bulb in a desk lamp and a spilled ashtray.lol.... Grounded 3 helis and broke a lamp

Alright Ern, you got me beat on that one, at least I only took out 1 heli with this one. That's a pretty crazy story, would have loved to be a fly on the wall for that one.

Foul language was involved while the truck was high centered on the SR and spinning with the MSR stuck in the fender well. It even wrapped my shirt up around the wheel while I wrestled it.lol...

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of getting this heli, it feels real nice, but damn the tail is a pain in the @$$ to get the wag out. I've never had so much problems with a Trex. If the tail isn't completely oiled and PERFECT, there will be wag. This is not a heli for the lazy pilot, that's for sure. On the other hand, it feels like the 500 with size, but moves around like a 450 when it comes to response. It's very slow and quick, prolly more than I need. I'm thinking of trading it for for a Atom or Trex 500.

man... sorry to hear that. I was hoping that turned out to be incredible. I hear about the Protos all the time. Hopefully you'll get the heli you want.

Alright, well the Protos is gone. It was a nice educational experience and I may have another Protos in my future, but for now I have traded it in for a Gaui Hurricane 550. I think I got a good trade, it comes with the stock motor and a scorpion motor, the guy let me keep my gyro and ESC, it's got the metal head and tail, lots of spares, never crashed, two sets of blades, and it can be run on two 3S (11.1 V) batteries in series, making the cost low if I taco a pack. I've been wanting a bigger size again and this Hurricane will be almost as big as a 600. Oh yeah, I've also got a brand new Atom 500 kit on the way too. Everything is on it's way and I'm going to fund it by selling one of my 450s later this week. I don't need 4 of them, so I'm going to keep the 3S and 4S pros as well as the 3S sport. I pulled the torque tube upgrade out of my SE V2 and put it on the sport, so the SE V2 will go up for sale soon. I've still got some work to do with electronics and parts transferring though. Thing I like the best about this is that I was able to get experience with the Protos and now I'll get experience with the hurricane and atom.
