Thanks Gabe, but it doesn't look that good in person! Oh well.
I just tested an APC Pylon Racer 6.5x5 prop and I think it will be perfect. It pulls 106 amps for 2.3kw. It is a beast!
The first one was running an APC S400 5.5x4.5. It was drawing less than 2kw.
I also lost my Eagletree speedo. I think I may have not removed it from the mangled fuselage of the other one. Bummer...
I just ordered another one. I don't know if it will show up before this weekend. I plan on a maiden this Sunday....

I posted to that other forum and they pretty much ignored me except for the thread owner.
Those other guys are apparently only interested in Mega motors.
Oh well.

The thread you linked to is also a blog somehow and not a normal thread. I probably shouldn't have posted all of that without introducing my self first. I think I didn't do the right thing.
Oh well. I'll probably never run a Mega motor! Those are TOO expensive.

They are amazing though! Highly efficient and bullet proof. Mopar holds the current speed record with a Mega for the Stryker. I think it's 180mph.

Here's a video of the new Funjet's maiden.
It's not good enough for doppler use, but you can at least hear it! It feels faster than the original!
When I nail it, the thing TELEPORTS forward. It's cool looking, but I can't see that in the video.
The other problem is that when I nail it, the thing is too far away almost instantly. That is a problem.
