The only problem I can see Dude...It's WAY too organized. Is Martha Stewart one of your neighbors? If so, garlic cloves over the doorway may help. No guarantee though. It's a curse. Good luck man.
My advice: Let some unruly teenagers have a weekend kegger right there in the ol' man cave...Not the same spectacular results as a Sunami, but almost as much fun to clean up. The botom line is; you won't have all that pesky organization to bug you. I feel your pain. ;D
