I drop by about once a day. College and work had me pretty busy for the past couple months. I've recently gotten into racing rc cars and haven't had much time to fly.

I agree completely AK. I have been out of pocked much to long due to health issues my mom has had for the past year and have been making trips to her house where I can't get internet service and by the way she is doing great now ...clean bill of health for an 88 year old lady The barbecue season has started and we leave on Thursday night and get back Saturday night. Just came in tonight from a 4 day barbecue event where we did pretty good but not great As far as any flying, I do take the quad with me and try to get a couple pack through it each day if time allows and if I can get a good safe area...so far so good on that part. Will do a better job of checking in as time and energy allows.

Let us know how you do this weekend Thanks Phill I can only hope that I do as well as she is doing when I am 88. As far as where we finished in the contest we ended up 35th. out of 216 rib teams. Not where we wanted to end up but oh well you learn and go on to the next one.

I've been around too. Just not posting. I don't have any projects to talk about. I finished everything a while ago and have been waiting on the weather to get some flying in. So far I've maidened all my new jets but not had the opportunity to really get out and fly them much. Good to hear there are a few of us still hanging around.

I posted on the 2 90mm powered Eurofighter and f-18 planes. Maidened them on the ice road. I also built a British 70mm Vampire Durafly kit which I didn't post on. It's a neat little plane. Not much of a build but I added rudders to the twin boom tail. I also finally sorted out the landing gear system on the twin 64mm Su-34. So now we wait for some decent weather. Maybe this weekend.

HK has the VAMPIRE plastered all over their site with some good vid. I used a power system out of one of my old 70mm Freewing jets. Better speed than the stock set up. But, not too fast for old eyes either. LOL.
