With the extra power you're going to break stuff, I had the same problem with my Mini-T. It's a good thing your beefing it up, that's one of the great things about name brand stuff is that there are always upgrades for them. Just don't get to crazy with aftermarket aluminum, aluminum parts will bend in a hard crash and you'll wind up paying more to replace them.
Also I never buy stuff right from the company that made it. The prices on just about everything will be higher at the Team Associated site vs. online stores like Amain, Tower and Horizon.

That's a beautiful carbon fiber chassis, should be a lot more rigid now. Parts for my RC18T came in so hopefully I have all the parts to fix it now.
