I ordered the metal head upgrade for the HBFP from them and it seems to be taking while. They were great with initial contact and even sent a personal email back really fast when I asked them a question. I was told it would be about 6-7 days and it has been 10 now. Do things from them sometimes take a little while de to customs and internal post issues?? Just wanting to know if this is normal or whether I need to chase them about it. Other than this though they seem really good. Broke my last plastic rotor core a couple days ago so itching to get this in and flying again!!

You should have a USPS tracking number.... When they sent you the "Shipped" you'll see something that says "Parcel Tracking Number." then go here and it should tell you exactly where your package is: www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htmJust so you know, it was 11 days from order for me.

Between 8 and 14 days to Western Canada, but orders are always complete and correct.

I had a look at the USPS thing and all it said was that it left Hong Kong and was in the foreign shipment designation whatever that means?? Sounds like it takes a little longer than they tell you but thats ok, just wanted to know if anybody else had longer shipping times and it sounds like you do! I guess it probably gets to the US in 6-7 days but then USPS takes a little longer with it. Still, taken long enough already as I have nothing flyable at the moment so my poor little HB sits in pieces...

They might be holding it in customs, giving it a thorough search.

Good old homeland security, thoroughly searching a tiny package with a small metal piece in it. Not sure how many explosives or terrorists they hope to find inside it but i guess they need to justify their existence . Hopefully they get done with it soon if they have it cos I really want to get flying again!!

Well I got the part yesterday so that was a total of 15 days before I got it, a lot longer than 6-7 which they quote on their site. Not sure if that was them or US customs though. I put the tracking number in and all I could see was that it was checked in in Hong Kong and then left there, after that nothing until it turned up!!

I've had good luck with miracle-Mart. Their prices are good and the shipping was also pretty good. They also give you a $5 coupon for your next order when you sign up with them..
