should we have a noticed area? that way important things dont get lost in the general chat area?

Notices about what, CS?
We have the Information section for anything important like product recalls. The Dealer section is for info on the different dealers and the Hot Deals section for...well that's self-explanatory.
Any of these can be made sticky if it's real important.
