Well my first big accident. Cut a small portion of the tip of my finger off today. It was from the tail blade of my G2. Was getting out of the way when spinning up, and caught it some how. I knew I hit it but didnt know it had cut that much off till I saw the blood. Oh also found a blood streak on the blade.

Geeze Ern. Are we going to need to get you adult supervision? Maybe we should have your daughter come over and keep and eye on you. ;D Happy landings

I took a long look at all the pictures posted on Helifreak of all the "war wounds" some where pretty nasty. So far, it has kept the fear in me. I haven't forgotten the throttle hold yet. I know my day is coming. Mighty, it could be worse. Could have been someone else's finger or not even a finger at all

Stooped instructions say nothing about the button. ;D

lol. I vividly remember my high school wood shop teacher cutting his thumb off on a table saw. That was enough "education" for me. ;D
Happy landings

I saw a guy working on my parents farm a few years back cut his finger lengthwise about three quarters of the way up. He was using a pneumatic pruning tool. He just casually strolled up and asked for a first aid kit, must have been a tough Ba$tard.

I know I have you beat. My good friend John Frederick got cut in half once. Check the enquirer. Man cut in half and lives. He had a rope throw tech that worked for him. One time it snagged and pulled him in. The blade went down through his torso and left his right side paralyzed. He wins again when it comes to bad days.
What is your comparison?

The blade went from his shoulder to his hip.He was litterally laid in half.

I doubt if there is a comparison that ends with "and he lived".
Happy landings
