Lets see we cooked......oh yea now I remember a hog, that came in third out of 14, oh yea we also cooked some whole shoulder..9 all together that came in seventh and some rib, 19 slabs that came in first. Our team came in second overall and there were some fifty teams. Oh yea we had a few guest, as you can see below that dropped by on Friday afternoon and as soon as I get the other guest pics uploaded I will put them here also. Not bad for an old man  Dave  |

Emily! I'm in Love!Been to Southaven. I guess it has been 12 years since the last time. I liked Olive Branch better. I used to have a lot of friends around there. My ex got them in the divorce  When's the next contest?

Aaaaaahhhhhhhh,,,,Serial Griller.NOW I get it.lol.... Great job Dave. I may have met those girls.Some friends and I went on a Hooters Tour a couple years ago.One week,five states,breakfast,lunch and dinner in a different Hooters every meal. Tons-o-fun ;D ;D ;D I got autographs from the girls on a hat and shirt.I'll have to dig them up.Fond memories there boy |

I love BBQ and girls.lol...You lucky dog;) We do between 9 and 12 events each year and have been cooking for the past 9 years. We travel to AL, TN, MS, AR, LA. We have team members in TN, AL, TX, and Canada. No no restaurant that would be work. This is my other hobby, even carried a Falcon with me to this contest but wayyyy to windy to fly. Out of 400 plus team on the circuit we have been lucky and finished in the top 20 point wise for 8 years. Last year was our worst we finished 21st..lol. We have been in the top 10 twice. We have a major sponsor that pays us to cook for him and his guest each year at the Memphis in May contest and he pays us good, this is how we do what we do. All right if your all not busy May 14, 15 or 16 2009 come on down to Tom Lee Park and have some Q with the Serial Grillers might even find some Hooter Girls and some beer.  Dave |

Knew some guys out of Conroy Tx that had some great Q's at the cook off in Houston.
