OK then.So you seriously want to use the channels.Cool.
I see a bunch of new guys want these rediculous radios like more channels make it fly better when in fact the opposite is closer to true.

OK then.So you seriously want to use the channels.Cool. Yesssir, I seriously DO! I wanted to add some NAV lights (wht, Red & Green) eventually to the 450 I'm building. Rather then add a battery I just up the mAh on the 11.1V and wha-la.......NAV lights for night op's, er night flyin!  |

DID IT AFTERALL! Got the one off ebay for $189 + s&h. Came to $209 total for the Futaba 7c TX & RX. Now I need "on board" batteries & servo's.........and lights, and a stereo with big speakers, yada - yada!

when i get my radio i plan to get a 7 channel min, because once i get around to building my first mockup, i want to build a UH60 and would like the landing gear to be retractable  so ill need that 7th channel. |

Yeah, one of my buddies wants to get an AirWolf body and put retracts, nav lights, beacon, the whole nine. It should be awesome after finishing it. He's a cadet fresh outta academy and seeking work in law enforcement. That's why an AirWolf.  |
