Align has a Trex 700e already but I believe I would go gas or nitro at that size just for flight times.
Hell,there is even a deisel kit for the 700's ;D

that one uses 2 battery packs so should have good flight time but then again an extra battery is alot of added weight.

Blah blah blah!!!!!! No way in the world can they offer more than 3 minutes on a battery heli at 7lbs.

8lb 1oz with the batterys in was its total weight LOL dammmmmmmmmm....
the one thing i hate about the articles is they give a good write up on auto rotation tail responce blah blah blah but they NEVER EVER give flight time.

Nitro is the way to go on 700's at least that's what most all the 700 pilots seem to say. Maybe if the next generation of lipos offer more juice, lower cost and less weight...

I have to admit the Trex 700e is pretty sweet looking. I just don't know about the $500 worth of Outrage packs strapped in it's belly.lol....
Here is an 8 minute video of some pretty hard flying. Hmmmm,makes me think ;D
