Its pretty tame stuff but here it is.
This is where I fly to force myself to not get too stupid. Too much crap around that my wife and the power company won't let me cut down.

Nice build, Tony. Looks like you got 'er wrinkle free. 7.5 minutes on that battery and it still sounded fresh. What are you using for a LiPo?
I could tell you were just itchin' to head off into the yard across the street. ;D

I am using the Zippy Flightmax 2200mah 25C packs from hobbycity. If I really run them down till the ESC starts cutting power both my chargers (Imax B5 and Thunder AC6) say they are putting back around 2500ma
I was itching to do some stuff I really don't have room to do here. Just out of the shot to the left and right are trees and a street light.

I am using the Zippy Flightmax 2200mah 25C packs from hobbycity... That's exactly what I got for mine as well. At 170g, they are just the perfect weight for correct CG. The battery tray on the EXI is a bit limited for choices in battery placement.

Thanks Ranben.
Natural?? I don't know about all that. RC planes and helis are alike in one respect atleast. Getting them off the ground and flying them around a little is not the hard part...its the whole getting that sucker back on the ground in one piece that is really hard, for me anyway.

Thanks Ranben. .its the whole getting that sucker back on the ground in one piece that is really hard, for me anyway. LOLOL thats why I still have my tranning gear on. I tend to just cut the throttle and let it bounce.

A 450 dont bounce like a HB.......... ;D ain't that the truth ;D Although I have never really tried with the training gear. I only had it on the HB for one day...didn't like it and took it off. Never even put it on the G2 or the 450.

(training gear on or off would not have mattered in these cases, but I will not take first flight without them) Dlan

Very smooth Tony, and way to ditch the training gear so early. I just did it a few weeks ago, and I'm not looking back. I love the way they look and fly without the training gear so much better. Of course, I couldn't imagine learning how to hover and land the first few times without the training gear.

Well I agree with Ranben. You must be a natural something or other. Honestly, I got a sim about a month before I got my coaxial. I beat the life out of the Dauphin and the sim for several months before I got the HBFP. Beat it up pretty good for a few more months while still working on the sim for probably what would average out to at least an hour a day...pretty much everyday for nearly 6 months now. I don't spend as much time on the sim now but I still use it several times a week. So, it is definitely not natural but lots and lots of practice. And still no where near where I want to be.
