I just got to get over the jitters,,,,twice now I've went inverted in normal flight mode. Luckily I haven't froze and quickly re-grouped. My adrenaline gland has to be worn out by now,,,,holy carp!,,,do I get a rush with this thing. Once I can calm down,,I can work on finnese. I've flown about 20 flights in the past 10 days,,,I need to calm down,,,but I hope I don't,,,,,what a rush!! ;D That's why my pitch is the same in normal mode as stunt. At zero stick in normal I have at least -10 degrees. That way I can do loops and rolls in normal and not notice a difference.I would have to stay inverted a long time to lose lift. Just my preference That being the case,,,,you still have your normal throttle curve 0 to 100 ? So if you are inverted in normal,, you must have your throttle curve set pretty high at low stick,,,yes?

Nope.0-100 throttle in normal.Inertia will give all you need for a quick flip or roll. When I go inverted the weight of the blades keeps enough RPM's to finish the trick. Obviously it can't hover inverted but a quick trick is hardly noticable in normal.I drop the stick to zero and have -10.5 degrees and enough stored energy in the blades to do what needs done. I don't do it very often.Usually just to show it can be done. Don't dilly dally around.Just bang the right stick over and hold it until the flip or roll is complete ;D

I have -2 degrees pitch at about 40% throttle,,,thats why I didn't notice it during flips. I've still managed to fly it every day,,between rain clouds,,,first calm day I'll bump my Idle-up 2 throttle curve to flat-line 100%. Should make the power-punches a lot better. I get such a kick out of doing inverted power punches,,,,what a HOOT!! I think I'll have to bump my normal throttle curve up closer to 90%,,,I know when I select idle-up 2 the heli is going to jump big time,,,,,I'm worried about stripping the main gear,,,this motor is so damn quick.

Was that a final sign off to Ern in the very end of that video?

RC,,,,,it was Ernie that 'dared' me to video that flight,,,,he was a little scheptical about my boasting and he also wanted to see how quick the 600 was. I was just poking fun at Ernie,,,,kind of like saying "neener,,neener,,neener!!"
{{{{pssssst---I showed him!!!}}}} ;D
