charged up the eagle 50 last night so this morning i get up early sunshine no wind just perfect conditions took the eagle out side for some hover practice ;D everything is going really good hovering about 3 feet up then about half way through the battery it jumped and got interesting to control then all of a sudden the eagle came at me being an old fart and not really all that nimble i dodged out of the way ( Not) I changed my direction and it did to and before i could get the power down it bit me in the leg ouch ( think i need sprinting practice) yes your right all i could see in my mind was that avatar where the heli is coming to get the guy and he is running away screaming like a little girl he he well now im back to repare time thought i would share my morning with everybody and no i didnt just go and get the belt cp and try that one this morning wasnt brave enough

Phil, it reminds me of one of canewalker's tales over at the old place. I think he had a G2 chasing him around. Those 72's can be twitchy and when it turns on you unexpectedly I defy anybody to react fast enough to make it back away in time before it bites. lol ;D

Seems to be a right of passage in this hobby, Phil. Those pesky blades will get you eventually and I'm not too sure a suit of armour would be all that comfortable. ;D

I had a couple close calls with my hbfp before but it wasnt from glitches or anything just lack of skill.

Yes i do agree that it is a right of passage and i do remember the first time i was initiated it was back in 1989 and this sport 500 and a beer got me I'm glad the eagle wasn't swinging the blades off the sport it has weighted tips in the blades fun nitro stuff every time i think about this morning i have a good laugh seeing myself run away screaming like a little girl being chased by the eagle 50

I'll lean up against my car and fly my HBFP, and sometimes that's not a good idea. I have ducked it a few times. I won't fly my EXI like that. I always want a clear escape path ;D ;D
