That was a senior VP for Bell Aircraft (primary heli developer besides Sikorsky back in the early 40's) that went through the rotors. Insisted he fly the test. Executive priviledge. Found out he was less qualified than he thought. Don't think he asserted his executive priviledge much after that. ;D
