Blade cx2 and micro-t rc car flying. This is pretty cool. I thought about doing something similar but I dont have the right combination for an rc car and a helicopter.

He had two radios.I saw the swap. Still pretty cool though. I didn't think a CX would lift like that.

I thought it was pretty cool even though he switched the radio. Thanks Dave for moving this thread didnt even cross my mind about putting it in the video section. But also I put a link to this video, instead of putting it on here because I didnt know how, was it Dave that put it on here or did I do it with out even meaning too? I was thinking, how much do you guys think the hbfp could lift? Because I have a rc car that I think would work if it would lift it. I have the rc car thats in the video but not a cx2 or similar coaxial.

Considering some people have trouble with lift by just adding SuperSkids and motor heatsinks, basher, I doubt the HB will lift much.
Maybe another 40 grams or so, but this is just a guess.

Having a CX2 I can tell you it would be tough to lift that truck with the stock motors. More than likely he used the xxtreme motor up grade as I have done. That mod really adds some grunt and could do that truck.
Happy landings
