They'll issue you an RMA at Xheli and you can get a complete refund, within 30 days, if it arrived damaged and it wasn' the carrier who crunched it. Post the info on the orders section.
Happy landings

Dam _ Dube,
What the Hel1 are they doing with those things. If the box is in good shape especially. Not the first time I have heard of that though. The downside to that is they expect you to pay the shipping back and its not your fault or UPS's fault.

Well dubey, I'm with you on that problem. My black hawk arrived broken with the box fully intact and then got sent wrong replacements twice so sent the c r a p back to them. Also had issues with an Eagle 50 I got from them and sent back. Never again for me, even when they have a sale I would still rather pay a bit more and get piece of mind.

As I may have mentioned before, I really think that those guys are selling 'seconds' and/or returns with helis.
I have bought 5 heli's from them (7 actually, if you include a couple for spare parts.).
Not a single one has been problem free.
Blazing Star: Honestly bad 4:1 out of the box. HBFP (I bought 2 of them): BOTH vibrated like crazy. This is not that big of the deal, but to get one of them right, I had to replace the rotor blades. WAY too far out of balance. Here's the kicker. I also bought two ARF HBFP's from KA-Planes and those BOTH are perfect! I pulled the rotor heads off and used them when I ran out of heads, and they BOTH have zero vibrations and didn't need tracking adjustments. Exi Squadron (I bought 2 of them): One had mismatched tail rotor blades and a bent tail shaft. The second one had the exact same problems. Exi T-450 CF: This had a seriously bent front belt shaft.
After reading about all the horror stories for support, I just bit the bullet and bought new parts to fix this stuff. Well over $100 worth.
I really believe that the manufacturers probably really do fire up these heli's after they build them. If one has a problem, they put it into the 'seconds' pile.
I believe also that there is a QA department for these. How can you explain the fact that ALL of my Exi's had bent shafts, and these were ARF's? Nuttcazes Squadron did too, I can almost guarantee you. His vibrated so bad that it made the tail tilt at a 45 degree angle. Mine did that too before I found the problems.
Anyway, unless they have something that I can't find anywhere else, I'm not going there again. Spare parts are fine, seemingly. I only had one problem with all the millions of parts I have bought there. I ordered a 2200ma 11.1v 20c battery and received an 1800 15c battery. I didn't even bother with that.

Maybe this is why they have the real low prices and sales. Get a lot of damaged goods, put it on sale, once the customer gets it they send parts for the customer to deal with it so they dont have too.
Kent, I bet as far as your warped blades there warehouse may not have climate control.

I work for a freight company as a driver. I also load and unload trailers as part of my job. One common practice with electronics is to ship out empty boxes to replace the torn/crushed cartons for whatever vendor is getting the shipment. While I have never handled a pallet of helicopters I have handled tons of panasonic, sony, mitsubishi, etc and all these companies provide extra boxes to replace damaged ones. Maybe it's the same with RC helicopters - just a thought.
