I work for a freight company as a driver. I also load and unload trailers as part of my job. One common practice with electronics is to ship out empty boxes to replace the torn/crushed cartons for whatever vendor is getting the shipment. While I have never handled a pallet of helicopters I have handled tons of panasonic, sony, mitsubishi, etc and all these companies provide extra boxes to replace damaged ones. Maybe it's the same with RC helicopters - just a thought. Dave Holy cow. That's border line crooked.

In over a year; I've only got one that arrived DOA, from, well you know who, but you hear about it with increasing frequency. My bad surprise looked like it had been used as a toy in the gorilla exhibit at the zoo. Sent a rather scathing note to 'ol Andy. Lately, due to an apparent reversal of fortunes over at, well, you know where, I think the guys in packing and shipping have been told to re label all the returns as new order shipments and send them out. This could continue to happen until they have no more returns. Won't they be a surprised bunch then. Happy landings

Did you guys catch what he said? The shipping companies are sent spare boxes. That way they can run over my heli with a forklift and all they have to do is pour the parts in a new box. F^ck,,,,they can get it out and try to fly it.It's from Xheli so chances are it's a heli. These shipping goons may be the problem after all.
