I have 3 sets of those for my ES600. These are 550mm.
Two sets were great. They balanced easily and fly great.
One set, though, was horribly out of balance. I used a TON of tape and finally was able to get them to fly. I crashed those, so good riddance! I'm now flying a 'good' set.
I have not tried those on smaller helis.
And yes, they are carbon fiber.
