I know it's hard to understand.This is a bunch of crap forced into one message. The fact of the matter is...I have still received nothing from these guys.NOTHING....
I think we have a personal problem here.
Mike dislikes me and uses his job to cause me headaches.
Don't trust these asswipes. You never know if it's in stock or not.They will say whatever makes a sale. Liers,each and every one.

I've never purchased through them. Now that I've found Helidirect and readyheli I don't really go many other places, unless it's a part that is out of stock everywhere and I can't find it.

I deleted all the emails as they didn't make much sence but it boils down to them screwing up my last three or four orders in a row.
They list things in stock until you pay for it and then it comes up as back ordered.
They sent me a set of Align CF blades that were all banged up.
They took my money on one order and never bothered to tell any of their customers that they were closed for business for two weeks but the computer was taking orders anyway.Two weeks after I ordered,THEN,I get an email that half the order was out of stock.
I've ordered from them three times in the past few weeks and so far I've received nothing from any of the orders except refunds and those are slow in coming.Even with Paypal.They are slow in getting the money to Paypal so there is always an admin hold on the money for 3-5 business days.
I can't believe I let them get me so many times. They merged with another company recently and their logistics has been a freakin mess ever since.
I'm done with them.I bet I have spent $10,000 on their site and it just suddenly went to s#it.

That is REALLY sad to hear. I do hope they do 'something' for you to make up for their screwups!

That sucks, Ive ordered from them in the past, without problems. Dont know whats going on with them. Havent ordered in a few months tho. But I did notice shipping took 4 days longer then normal.

I had the same problem with them Ernie 3 out of the 4 products I ordered where defective it took months to resolve, even though they kept selling them they kept telling me they where out of stock. I would not order from them again.. Ray
