I mentioned in another thread that I got my MSR today. Like I said there,INSTANT FAVORITE!!!!! I prolly won't fly anything else the rest of the year. The 4 port charger is awesome.AC/DC too! It charges pretty fast but with 5 batteries I don't need to wait anyway. You can get spare batteries for 8 bucks or so. I haven't timed a flight yet but I guess 7 or 8 minutes.Long enough. It's so small that I'm mentally exhausted in a few minutes anyway.Take total toncentwation ;D A loop is possible if you go into a nose dive for speed. It's quick(the loop).Lick a whip crack. Rolls just flop out of the air so far. I'm looking at modding the swash to more than double the throw. Looks easy enough.Found a couple Youtube vids on it. Already got me craving a micro CP heli.lol... It's smaller than I expected.A little smaller than the MCX even.

It is fun. I waked a bumble bee this morning flying around in lite wind. I'm planning on doing the modding on the swash to.That thing will be relay wild. The blade grips is one of the week points. I broke two sets of blade grips hitting a soft curtain. This set I put a very small amount of thin CA glue where the screws attach to the grips together and after many miner crashes stills fly's great. Now I'm doing more flying and less repair.

Yeah they're fun. Another thing about them is that they are a fantastic nose-in trainer. I have learned more on the mSR in a week than I have learned on the sim in 3 months. A week ago I couldn't do figure 8's with my EXI.... now I can (albeit a little unsteady but Ernie is right, they are an instant favorite. Crashed a few times and bent a flybar, but just bent it straight again. I love it! Colin

I've always disagreed with that hijack term. This is a DISCUSSION FORUM. That means it is a conversation. It turns and flips like any other person to person exchange.
I am really wanting a micro CP but I have to say,the MSR is a super super reasonable step. I was really surprised by the difficulty of flying this heli. It hovers so easy but getting it out there and FLYING it is not so easy.
I hovered it an inch from my face nose in for two batteries. It stings.lol.....
I was doing funnels with it and it is as hard as doing them with my 500.Harder maybe?
I've been flying it backwards all through the house.Tough.
It's a good practice heli even for the Szabos and Krauses.
