I just got the following parts delivered from xheli for my EXI 450... 2 tail booms 3 main gear 3 flybars 2 flybar paddles 1 set of blades 1 metal head set Weight is less than 1 pound...the shipping label says $5.99 to mail it to me (in Canada)...but I was charged $23.09 for shipping....not cool. I will address this with Andy but just giving any other fellow Canucks the heads-up Friggin ridiculous!!! Colin

You have to select "UPS ground to Canada" for shipments. Otherwise the USPS charges are highly inflated. It probably would have been $12 for the UPS option. Still high, but more tolerable than $23

That's what I selected Sol, the "USPS standard to Canada", it's always the cheapest option for me. I should call xheli and tell them I will run their Canadian operations for them if they ever open a branch here ;D

If you picked that option for UPS Ground delivery, then they should be able to refund your account. Get customer service ASAP.

I did that RTF and Dave, Andy gave me a $10 credit for my next order. That was good, but still doesn't really solve the overall problem. Not much I can do though *sigh*
