Hey guys what do you think of Helidirect? How is there customer service? I looked in the directory but they dont have a rating. Thanks.

I've bought a lot of stuff over the last year or so from HeliDirect and never had a problem. They were quite responsive when asked when an item would be back in stock. I've never had to claim warranty or send an item back, so I can't comment on their return process.
They seem like a well organized company, IMO, and their shipping to Canada is among the best I've found in the US.

I made my first order from them last night hopefully it will be here within the next few days. I really want to get my g2 up and flying.

I started buying a lot more lately from Helidirect. They have never made a mistake and always have shipped at least by the next day.
They are sometimes not the cheapest on something, but if you save up and order >$100 the free shipping makes up a lot there.
I am very pleased with them.
I've never had a reason to use their customer service, so can't comment on that.

Just got my order. They are OK compared to every where else I order from. This was my 1st order. So next time im hoping for faster shipping.

I've found HeliDirect to be very consistent in their shipping times, but that's to Canada. I have no idea how well they handle their own backyard.
As a side note, if you want very fast shipping, try Boomtown Hobbies in Oregon. Their prices are a bit higher and certainly don't have the same stock levels as HD, but man, do they ship fast.

I usually get in country orders no longer then 5 days using 1st class delivery. Dont know what happened. im still gonna order from them, unless they x heli me. ;D |

My g2 parts that I ordered from helidirect should be here today. I had it shipped priority mail so it probably shipped faster than first class mail. btw its going from Massachussetts to Michigan. Not bad for shipping, ordered it Thursday night and will get it today, Monday. I have to agree with Solitaire Boomtownhobbies has very fast shipping.
