That's a video of the Delta Dart, made from Depron. It uses the same power train as the Yak55 and F-22. I have the elevons setup pretty hot! You can see the roll rate in the video. At the end, I thought there was enough room to loop out, but alas, I was too low! The only damage was a broken prop. About 50 cents in damage!
I love these things! Kent

Kent,,,,you crack me up!! That looks fun as hell. How much $ do have in that dart? I've been complaining on how quick my 250 reacts,,,I'd never keep up with that dart. Probably would be good to school your reflexes! I just may steal one of your plans some day!! Keep them coming!! Randy

Hey Elk: This thing costs maybe $40 without counting a receiver!
It takes about half a large sheet of 6mm depron at around $5, around a $9 motor, $10-11 ESC, 2 x $3.25 servos, a $8 500ma 3s battery, a 50 cent prop (6 for $3 or so), some 3mm carbon tubes, and some hot glue!
Let me know if you want the plans. I have them from rcgroups.com, but it was hard to find these. There are a million deltas there. I wanted this one as it has a full length strake on the bottom to protect everything.
This is only a 1300kv motor with an 8" 4 pitch prop! It zooms pretty well, and like you said, it will test your reflexes! Plus, it's so light that a crash doesn't hurt it much! With a 500ma battery, flight times of 8 minutes uses just over half the battery!! But not at full throttle like the latter half of the video above. I usually fly this thing at half throttle. Even that has unlimited vertical!
Anyone know if you can post PDF files here? Kent Edited: Forgot the ESC!

As far as I know, you can. I have the 32" version tiled plans if anyone wants 'em. Correction: It's the F22 that I have the plans for. I got confused with all these foamy threads. ;D

Wow Sol, the 32" F22 would be huge! I stuck with the 24" as the power plants that I have would work well with that size, and 24" is the width of the EPP sheet! So I could fit the whole thing on a single sheet. But a 32" version would be sweet! Here's an experiment. The Delta Dart plans are here: This is the overall view of the plans. Attachments:

And here is the tiled plans that you can print from a standard US printer. From Windows, be sure to set page scaling to 'none' and check auto-rotate and center. Attachments:
