I ordered some parts from these guy's on Monday and was issued a electronic tracking number same day here it is Wednesday and still says that the parts are shipped but tracking number says it hasn't been picked up by postman yet. starting to sound like xheli to me anyone else had this happen from them lately

Hmmm, HeliDirect is my second most used supplier (next to HC) and have always received the goods. I always get a notice when they ship, usually the next day, and have never doubted the validity of that notice.
When I first started with them, over two years ago, I would require tracking, but I don't bother anymore as they've always come through.

I had the same problem it did not show it being shipped until it was on my door step. But I have not had any trouble with them they have been real good to deal with so far. Ray

I've used them in the past and had some trouble with getting the wrong parts . Then having to take pictures of the parts and email it to them before they issue a RMA, which I never understood. However, most of the time the orders come quick and correct.
I do want to say that this is why I use RC Super Sales. Kyle called me personally to confirm some things about my recent order... he had told me over the phone that a kit that I ordered came with a motor, but it didn't. He sent me an email telling me he threw in a $50 dollar motor with the kit for free because he had made a mistake. Sure enough when I looked at the kits description, no motor. I think anyone else would have said, I made a mistake, sorry. Not Kyle. Great reseller. You just don't get that kind of service from huge company like Heli Direct or Xheli.

I know RCSupersales is your fav supplier, Dooz, and I've ordered a few things from them based on your approval level.
But, I've run into a lot of out-of-stock issues with them. Plus HeliDirect's inventory is probably 4-5 times what Kyle stocks. Much better selection and not nearly as much out-of-stock. I can get my orders faster from Boston than I can from Kalispel for some strange reason and it costs me less for shipping from HeliDirect.
Now, this is from a Canuck's standpoint...it may be a better deal for you CONUS customers.

I know that I generally wait until I have an order large enough for free shipping. So I really don't know about his shipping costs. He does need some help with his website, but he's a one man show. He does have more than what he shows. If you call him you might find out he has what you need. I know that calling him or emailing him does take a little extra time, but I really believe that his service is worth it.
I'm fairly sure heli direct wouldn't have sent me a motor based on their mistake. Hell, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get the parts I ordered when they sent me the wrong gear. But don't get me wrong, when everything is correct from HD they are really good and fairly fast. For me, it's when things went wrong that it got a little messy.
I had a Hyperion EOS720i Net charger die on me. It was 10 months old and still under warranty. I emailed Kyle about it, and he emailed his distributor which happened to be Empire. As a result, they are meeting me at the Electric Flight Expo with a new charger. No questions asked because Kyle talked to them for me.
I don't know, sometimes I think taking the time to get to know folks that you sell to is important. He does that. Kyles not perfect, but he'll call ya when he thinks he can get you a better deal. He'll call you when he's out of something and offer you something better at the same price. I can offer up a litany of people I've purchased from online including HD many many times, and the only one to ever call me about an order has been Kyle.
That's what's missing from most of these big distributors, and that's what's important to me. I kind of feel like I'm his only customer... even though I know I'm not.

I have had no trouble with either Helidirect or Rcsupersales. They are both reputable.
