i wonder if it would make sence to create a sold forum in the sale area? a place to move a thread once its marked sold?! not locking it incase there is a discussion going on... and i wonder if it can be moved without leaving behind the moved thread info in the original sold forum?!
just a idea to keep for sale items even older posts on the first page seems like it might encourage more viewers even if for that forum alone.

What you are suggesting coffin can be done and I might suggest that it be made a child board of the area.
You guys let me know if this is what you want and we will get it done.
Tell you what I will put a pole up for it.
