SR is a tough lil guy fo sho

I crashed the SR again today and I was amazed!!!!
I was flying with the huge 2800mAh lipo which is a lot more than 4 times the weight of the stock 1000mAh.
It was flying fine for about 15 minutes when I got a little brave and started some stall turns and that was that.lol....It got straight up and down(nose down)and didn't have enough power to lift the nose going forward.The tail also couldn't turn the nose up.
I tried everything.It was eventually inverted and no control.
I know when I'm beat so I hit throttle hold and let it fall head first about 35 or 40 feet.
It landed dead square on its head.

It was funny.It made a loud thud but something in the sound made me think it was OK.
I went down and picked it up and the flybar was bent 90 but other than being wet,that was it.
I straightened the flybar with my fingers,set it down and spooled it up and away it went.lol....Flying fine again.
I won't try the steep nose down stuff with that battery again.lol...

Crashed it again.
The tail turned loose.
I managed to land in some tall grass on my skids but it has a broken blade grip.
The bad grip may have been the cause of the piro.
Result from previous incident maybe.

I'll get the CNC grips and mixing arms now I guess.

I really think this will be my next heli whenever I get a couple bills to spare.

Scratch the cnc grips.$40.lol....Right.That's the new tail for the 500.
I ordered plastic.
