Good info Kent, thanks
I am looking at a more powerful charger (I have the Thunder AC6), it takes over 90 mins to charge a 2650mah 6S lipo. That doesn't surprise me though, only a 50w charger. The one you listed looks ideal.
I have a question though...how do the power supplies hook up to them? The AC6 power cord hooks right into the charger, but I know that the Accucel 8 is different. And can you recommend a decent power supply for the Accucel 8? I know this is kind of off topic but I really want to get one of them, just not sure on how they hook up. Thanks ;D

The 8150 charger input has banana jacks that then can plug in to fairly large alligator clips that are included. The setup is perfect for everything from a 12v lab power supply to your car battery.
The power supply you posted would work, but it's rated at 10 amps at 12 volts. That is 120 watts. It would probably work fine, but you would need to be a little careful with the higher power charging, as you would be maxing out that power supply. They don't usually like to run on the hairy edge.
That is actually a nice and compact power supply, and the banana jacks would surely plug right in! Just don't max out it's power.
Just remember that volts x amps = watts. You won't have a problem until you start to charge high capacity 6s and above. Kent

Say you wanted to charge your 2650 6s at 3 amps (3000ma), which is what I do!
That's only 3 x 25.2v = 75.6 watts max! So you have NO problem with those smaller batteries.
I charge my 5000ma 6s batteries at 1c, so 5 amps at 25.2v = 125 watts. You might need to back off slightly with that power supply if you ever needed to charge a big one like this. Kent

Sol, I owe you a beer. I ordered the 106B charger and that power supply you listed. Thank you Colin

Nice combo, Colin. That's exactly the charger I got last year (106B+) and it's been great. Highly customizable and firmware updates have been readily available.
