Just getting started on the installation.Just a couple super minor mods needed. I'm waiting on a tail servo and gyro which are in the mail already. The machine work is beautiful. All I did was move my ESC from the rear center to the front and balance is perfect. The motor added 10 grams but you have to remember,I'm losing the tail shaft, pulley and belt so weight is almost a push. The second ESC is lighter than one of the wires.lol...Tiny. Nice work Ray.I'll have it flying in no time.

I've got it flying and the coolest thing about it is the gyro gain. Using ATV limits for gain,I am running 140%
For you guys who use the 50-100=HH method, that would be 120% Cool huh?
The power to the main blades is like almost doubled. I actually had to put in some expo.lol..It's faster than I'm used to.
Gotta be careful how long I fly since the low voltage cut off in the two ESC's aren't the same and you guessed it,the tail loses power first.lol....

My ESC's are programmed for the lowest voltage cut off. That explains it if it's set to medium. No biggie.I just land when the tail starts to drift.
I got it outside and the big gain in power was an illusion since I was hovering in the living room last night. It is a little faster though.
I also had to back the gyro off to 75% which is 87.5% for you guys on the 50-100=HH method.

I'm so dense sometimes. I was getting ready to figure out the servo interaction and remembered a couple months ago it had three different servos on cyclic so I went to the limits menu and sure enough, all three servos were set to a different value.lol...
It's getting really close to finished now. One last test video and I'll take it out and fly it tomorrow.

Crashed it Ray but don't worry,I took it in head first. The tail is fine Two crashes with one battery and even with the hellacious pile driver at the end,all it did was break the feathering shaft.Literally.Not a scratch on it.
