I just recently bought a 2s 4000mah battery for my cars and am looking at getting a the Thunder Ac6 charger. The little RTF chargers that I have now are ok for little batterys but they wont be up to the task of charging a 4000mah battery. So does anyone have one and what are your thoughts about? Is it a decent charger for the money? Thanks. www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html

It may have difficulty, I have one and it will charge my 6cell 3300 mah batteries... But it won't charge at more that 2.3 amps, even though it is set at 5 amps, so it takes awhile. I don't know the charging differences between 2s and 6s. It rocks my 3s 2200's just fine at 4.4 amps. Hope this helps.

Don't have one but the reports from owners are very good.

I've had one for over a year, and like it a lot. I don't have any batteries over 2250 mAh though.

Just remember it's only a 50 watt charger. It is not very good for larger batteries.
Mine will get REALLY HOT charging above 3s. I won't use it for that any more.
An awesome cheap charger is the Turnigy 8150. It will charge up to 8s at 150 watts. It is DC only. I have two of these. Kent

Thanks 19k and Akent, the biggest battery that I would charge is a 3s. I cant see myself charging anything more unless I get into 1/8 scale racing or get a 500 heli. The AC adapter is also nice so I dont have to buy a power supply.
