Thanks guys!
Kent - good call on the high C nano's. I may grab a few of those if I decide not to use the TP's.

I haven't tried the nano techs but I've heard nothing but good about them.

Two of the three batteries that failed were Nano Techs, but the C rating was only 20-50.

Nanos were much better than the blue Turnigys but the Gens Ace are better IMO than the Nanos. Gens is supposed to be comming out with some 60C packs so I'm waiting on all battery purchases till the spring. www.mycoolheli.com/reviews/GensAceLipo.htmlakent, have you seen anyone post IR values for the 60C Nanos using an Icharger?

Well I took her out with the one "good" battery and experience zero sputtering. So without ever talking to gryphon, I'm positive it's the other batteries. Good and bad. Just gotta buy new batteries now.

Good to hear it's something as simple as batteries.
I've got a few going down. Instead of a sputter I'm getting a chugging sound after a few minutes of flight. These are very old Tenergys. At least 3 years old. I lost track of the cycles. They still show up good on the meter, but under load they are failing.
I've used 3 1600 25C gensace, for about a year now, in my 64mm F-86. Very good batteries IMO. They always balance charge to at least 4.19 per cell.
But, overall, I've got more sky lipos than any other brand, in a variety of sizes, and C ratings. 500-4000mAh, 2-6S, and C's up to 45. I haven't had a failure as yet. More than happy with the performance and price.
