Since it wont let me attach images to my post in the plane section I guess Ill have to do it here. Heres some pictures of my homemade super cub mount- Attachments:

One problem that I see with this mount is the cowl is a tight squeeze to get it on, its not that big a deal though just cosmetic. Im still not totally done with the mount, Ill probably cut some more of it off and make it look better and maybe paint it. You might be wondering why I mounted the motor off center like that, but I actually did it on purpose, I lined up one of the holes in the metal mount with one of the holes on the plastic motor mount, a few other people on rcgroups did it this way. Good work RC. Thanks 19. To explain the situation with the pics not working, When you go to post in the plank sections there isnt any attachment browser between the subject title line and message icon that lets you browse through your images on your computer. But in the other sections of the forum there is. |

I hadn't noticed that rc. I upload my pics to photobucket and then copy and paste the html to the post message text area and the photos open on the thread.

But in the other sections of the forum there is. The only time I can see there is no box to add an attachment is if you've edited your post. Otherwise, on a fresh post, it should be there. |

Photobucket for me too. It's an extra step, but it gets the job done.

Is photobucket free? I dont have one, Ive just been putting pics on here through the attachment browser.

Yep, it's free. Akent turned me on to it a number of months ago. Now I've go my pictures stored there and on the computer.
