When I was in Anchorage a few years ago I was talking to a guy that was in a midnight softball leauge. Neat! ;D How do you get used to the long days and nights? I went to bed at 2am and still up at 6am. Not too rested either. 2 weeks of that and I was ready for "normal" time. I'm just a wus I guess. ;D Happy landings

you put heavy blinds on all the windows so when you want it semi dark you can get some I have actually flown some of my aircraft at 12 am during solsace it was a lot of fun too still daylight then and yur not a wuss there are a lot of people cant live here because of it's either light too long or it's not light enough middle of winter i maybe 4 hour's of daylight

Yep, some of us can handle extremes, but not necessarily on both ends. ;D

Just like that movie "Insomnia" where Pascino couldn't get the shades to keep the light out. That was me on a stick. ;D
Happy landings
