Nice job Dooz! I used an airbrush when I was in art school and not since. We won't get into how many decades ago that was. I've been thinking about one for a while now. Let me know if you find a good deal on a 2 stage brush and compressor. Pacche is the best I know of but there are a lot of ones like the Badger that are less expensive. ;D

Maybe, just maybe, and it is looking like it is going to come to be. When we start a "Car" forum we can have a "Paint Shop" board. Whatcha think I'm all for it. Blank canopies are a 1/2 to 1/3 as expensive as painted ones. I paid $19 dollars for an Align 500 blank from my LHS. It's $50 for a Canomod TRex 500. Here are 500 blanks for $14 www.heliproz.com/prodinfo.asp?number=350102. Rattle Can paint goes for $3 a can (Krylon). If you can follow instructions it's as easy as watching a few videos. I can barely draw stick figures. If you do make a paint forum, car's, planes, and helis, I'd like to move some threads, or parts of threads into it. I think if more people knew how truly easy it is they'd do it too (it's just tedious and takes patience).

All finished: A little cockpit glow detail Used all Krylon Spray paint. Triple clear crystal clear coat. Many little bugs, but I'm getting better and catching them before they happen.

Not necessarily. What I meant was, I can copy and paste a couple of threads. As long as I created the post, I can modify them how I see fit So I just copy the code and drag it over to ... where ever the forum is going to be. There are a couple of threads that have good information as far as painting is concerned i.e. www.rchelitalk.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=guidesandinformation&action=display&thread=3130 There is one other somewhere I just can't find it. I was asking for permission from a staff member so there aren't double posts in the forum
