I dicided to do a little bit more to her and that would be the battery mod as the new battery is a 3600 mah and the canopy wont fit where it is supposed to if isn't one thing it's another

I would think you could get away with a smaller battery for sure. I get 7 minutes out of my 6s Hyperion 2600's on my 500. I know that battery fits under a TREX 500 canopy.

Here are some pics of the battery mod Here the heli all taped up with one side cut off  this is just another shot same side  Here am setting up template for redrilling battery mount plate  Drilling new screwmount holes  here the new holes are drilled and redy for battery plate attachment  Battery plate installed  And the finished heli with the 6s 3600 battery installed  |
