I heard Lucien Miller discuss this on ATTF. He was really railing on Hobby King because they mark their batteries as "toys" or other things to save Hazmat Fees. I know that I've received batteries from them marked this way and I didn't say a word. I was getting cheap batteries. So I guess I'd have to take a small portion of the responsibility here. This could happen to any mail delivery person. I guess the only answer is to not buy batteries from them until they start changing their practices. This will mean battery prices will go up, but to me, it's worth the price.

I've also received lipos from HK marked fraudulently.

At least I have no need for lipos now.

I've sent Hobby King an email asking them to correctly label their battery shipments from now on. I know that I'm just a small fish in this huge ocean, but if enough of us take a few seconds and send them an email, it might save a life in the future. It was just a few short moments out of my day. Completely worth it in my book.
