It's the man. Always trying to bring a brother down. I've lost my camera.... again. Actually I think my daughter snagged it and took it with her on vacation in Florida. I might have to resort to the ol' camcorder, but I'm going to get a shot of my new flying field. It has runways (abondoned streets), and all joking aside, it has me thinking about a plank. Though I fly by myself. So I might have to become a short pole to myself so I fit it with all the other plankers around here.

I added another to my collection...the PZ T-28. Plus I have an ultra-micro T-28 coming for my birthday next week. It's very addictive!

Just remember that an accomplished heli pilot like you can fly planks almost automatically! It is different, but if you are like me, then you will not be complete without a plank. For me, these must be FAST and 3d planks are where it's at!!!! My Funjet hotrod is just as fast going vertical as in a straight line. I can hit 150 or so in a straight line, then pop it straight up and within a couple of seconds, it's a DOT! The roll rate is stupid, too...Like a drill bit... Heh heh...Until you do it, you won't know! 3d planks are a different challenge than helis. You would like it! Kent

I'm thinking I want a turbine as my second plane. I'm over twisting the propeller to tighten the rubber band. I'm just not getting the air time I wanted. I'm going to look for fun build for over the summer.
All kidding aside, I may get a smaller electric to learn to fly, then I'm switching to gas. I'm spoiled now. Gas/Coleman fueled engines are so much easier to play with. Plus you get a ton of air time. Also, I want my first real plane to be big. Bigger is always better when it comes to r/c. No more tiny sh!t for me. We'll see. I've got the summer to figure it out. Right now it's pretty hot and my flying days will be few and far between.

This is a really nice Trainer. It's a good sized plane to cut your teeth on. Since you've already got a radio system its a good way to go. secure.hobbyzone.com/EFL2900.htmlWhen you go to a gasser the sky's the limit. Any plane you want they probably make it ARF or you can build it.
